What does a plot cost?
₹25 lakh per 4,400 sq.ft plot: ₹15 lakh land plus ₹10 lakh managed investment. Returns as per agreement; terms apply.
Is the land in my name?
Yes, the plot is registered in your name.
What is planted?
White sandalwood, casuarina, and seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Who gets the crop income?
70% of sandalwood profit and 100% of fruit and vegetable income go to the owner, subject to terms.
Is maintenance free?
Free for the first 2 years; charges apply from year 3.
How is the farm secured?
24/7 security, CCTV and solar fencing.
Which phases are sold?
Phase 1 is sold out and Phase 2 is about 75% sold. Phase 3 is now launching.
Can NRIs buy?
Generally NRIs can’t buy agricultural land under FEMA. A resident family member can buy instead; take legal advice.
When can I visit?
